Vice Admiral

Vice Admiral is a flag officer rank falling above Rear Admiral and below Admiral in the Lexington's fleet (which has one Vice Admiral in High Command). Vice Admirals commanded entire fleets of vessels, divisions at Starfleet Headquarters, or starbases. They may also hold other senior positions in the fleet, including Commanding Officer of their own starship.
